Michael serves as a Partner at Delta Top Talent. With his involvement in Executive Search and Talent Management since 2010, he has spearheaded numerous strategic talent acquisition initiatives targeting Director and C-Suite levels across various industries including FMCG, Industry, Financial Services, and Energy, among others.

Leveraging over 25 years of professional experience in high-level management roles at globally renowned firms, Michael has held key positions at companies like The Procter & Gamble Co. (P&G), where he oversaw local and regional operations across Mexico, Latin America, and Europe; Cuervo, where he served as the General Manager overseeing domestic business operations in Mexico; and Revlon Inc., where he held the position of VP – North Latam, overseeing the company’s operations in Mexico, Central America, Venezuela, the Caribbean, and the Andean Region.

Michael earned a BA in Business from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael is an enthusiastic scuba diver dedicated to and actively involved in environmental conservation efforts.
