Bringing over 30 years of experience in management roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry, Julio has recently joined Delta Top Talent as a consulting partner. In this role, he collaborates with health sector companies to identify and assess managerial and executive talent within this dynamic field.

Throughout his career, Julio has occupied executive roles in Mexico and Latin America within companies such as Sandoz, MSD, Novartis, and AstraZeneca. Primarily focusing on commercial areas for the Oncology, Hospitals, and Government sectors, he gained extensive experience in hiring and cultivating high-performing teams alongside valuable collaborators.

Julio holds a medical degree from UNAM, specializing in Pneumology at the General Hospital of Mexico. Additionally, he is a graduate of IPADE’s Senior Business Management program, AD1 generation 2006 – 2007.
