She has worked across various sectors such as Chemical/Pharmaceutical, Consumer, and Industrial (high technology), successfully conducting searches for managerial positions as well as top-level roles in both multinational and local companies.

Throughout her professional journey, Gabriela has held positions as Human Resources Manager at multinational companies including Scheramex Laboratories (chemical, pharmaceutical, and veterinary), Plough/Scholl (consumer products), and Mai Mexico (high technology). Her extensive experience has been a pivotal element in understanding client needs in searches where executive talent is crucial.

Gabriela pursued Industrial Relations at Universidad Iberoamericana and Business Administration at the University of Texas (U.T.E.P.), with additional management studies at Princeton University, New Jersey.
