He founded Delta Top Talent, an executive search and evaluation firm, boasting +30 years of experience. The firm consists of five partners and six associates and has garnered recognition as one of Mexico’s top ten Executive Search consultancies by three major International Executive Search Associations. DTT serves as the representative of LUMINA LEARNING in Mexico and Latin America, a leading English company specializing in evaluation tools for manager selection and development.

Salvador leverages total commitment, extensive experience, methodological expertise, and advanced evaluation technology to assist his clients in DISCOVERING AND SELECTING THE TALENT REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE REMARKABLE GOALS.

His professional journey commenced at IBM Mexico, where he held various executive roles in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. Later, he served as Director of Sales at Apple Computer Mexico and subsequently co-founded Grupo Qualita. At Grupo Qualita, the largest corporate reseller of HP and Microsoft in Mexico at the time, with over 1,200 employees, Salvador spearheaded Business Units focused on Software Development, IT Training, and IT Technical Service, overseeing a team of more than 250 collaborators.

Salvador holds a degree in Administration and graduated from the 95/96 class of the AD 2 program at IPADE for General Managers. In 2009, he attended the Harvard Business School “Leading Professional Service Firms” program. He is certified by multiple international organizations as a senior leadership assessment consultant.
