With over 20 years of experience as a facilitator and developer, Gerardo has conducted over 1,200 training programs across Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Ecuador.
Holding a degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Guanajuato, along with postgraduate studies at the University of La Salle and Cornell University, Gerardo is uniquely equipped to impart the concepts he conveys during his training programs.
Known for his pleasant and straightforward facilitation style, Gerardo fosters trust and positive energy within the groups he leads, contributing to remarkable results in each session. His extensive experience and charisma enable him to engage even the most skeptical participants.
Gerardo serves as a Consulting Partner at Delta Top Talent, overseeing training programs and providing consultation on leadership matters, as well as evaluating and developing work teams.
Gerardo’s notable experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he oversaw Executive and Leader Evaluation projects for various global companies in Mexico and Latin America. Additionally, he held roles as Director of Human Resources for Mexico and Latin America at KoSa, a major global producer of synthetic polyester fibers, and at Grupo Lajat, where he spearheaded operational improvement projects and contributed to strategic business planning. Furthermore, at Celanese Mexicana, he managed various departments within the Human Resources realm, encompassing Compensation, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Human Resources Planning, both at plant and corporate levels.
