Throughout her career, she has led recruitment teams, designed HR processes, and coordinated headhunting projects for administrative, managerial, and executive positions at both domestic and international companies.
Prior to her current role, she served as Team Leader and Head of Human Resources at Freeman Talent, where she built the HR department from the ground up for two group companies, implementing recruitment processes, compensation structures, job descriptions, and management KPIs. She also served as Executive Consultant at Kelly Services, coordinating nationwide recruitment projects and applying competency-based interview methodologies and psychometric tools including Human, Cleaver, Zavic, IPV, 16PF, Moss, and DISC.
