Salvador Elizaga

Founder and Managing Partner of Delta Top Talent, a firm specializing in executive search and assessment with over 30 years of experience, comprised of six partners and six associates. Delta Top Talent has been recognized as one of the top ten executive search consultancies in Mexico by three leading international industry associations. The firm also represents Lumina Learning in Mexico and Latin America — a UK-based company globally renowned for its assessment tools for executive selection and development.

His career is distinguished by a powerful combination of commitment, expertise, methodology, and assessment technology — resources he leverages to help clients identify and select the leadership talent they need to achieve their business objectives.

Salvador began his professional career at IBM Mexico, where he held various executive roles in Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources. He subsequently served as Sales Director at Apple Computer Mexico. He later became co-founder and Vice President of Grupo Qualita, at the time the largest corporate reseller of HP and Microsoft in Mexico, with a workforce of over 1,200 employees. There, he led the software development, IT training, and technical services business units, managing a team of more than 250 people.

Salvador holds a degree in Business Administration from ITAM/CENEVAL. He also completed IPADE's AD2 program for CEOs and, in 2009, attended the Leading Professional Service Firms program at Harvard Business School. He has been certified by several international organizations as a senior consultant in leadership assessment.

He currently serves as a member of COPARMEX, where he chairs the National Human Development Committee.
