Michael von Schram

Consulting Partner at Delta Top Talent. Since 2010, he has specialized in Executive Search and Talent Management, leading a wide range of strategic searches for senior leadership positions across industries including Consumer Goods & Retail, Industrial, Financial Services, and Energy.

He brings over 25 years of professional experience in senior management roles within globally leading companies. At The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), he built and developed local and regional businesses across Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. He then served as Director of the Domestic Division at Cuervo in Mexico. Later, at Revlon Inc., he held the Vice Presidency for Mexico, Central America, Venezuela, the Caribbean, and the Andean Region. These roles have given him a broad perspective on business strategy, leadership, and the challenges of executive talent selection. He currently also serves as an active Board Member of one of Mexico's largest industrial companies.

Michael is a graduate of Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), where he earned a degree in Business Administration.

Beyond his professional career, Michael is a polyglot and is personally committed to environmental conservation. His passion for scuba diving keeps him actively involved in initiatives focused on preserving the natural environment.
