His career highlights include serving as Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he led executive and leadership assessment projects for global companies across Mexico and Latin America. He also served as Director of Human Resources for Mexico and Latin America at KoSa, a major global producer of synthetic polyester fibers, and at Grupo Lajat, where he spearheaded operational improvement initiatives and contributed to strategic business planning.
