Gerardo Martínez

With over 20 years of experience in talent development and learning facilitation, Gerardo Martínez has delivered more than 1,200 training programs across Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Ecuador.

He holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the Universidad de Guanajuato, with postgraduate studies at Universidad La Salle and Cornell University — a background that provides him with a solid, practical perspective to underpin the concepts he brings to every program he leads.

Gerardo is known as an approachable, direct, and trusted facilitator with a natural ability to connect with any audience. His style fosters environments of trust, participation, and openness, consistently driving outstanding results. His extensive experience and charisma enable him to engage even the most skeptical participants.

He currently serves as Consulting Partner at Delta Top Talent, where he oversees training programs as well as consulting engagements in leadership, executive talent assessment, and team development.

His career highlights include serving as Senior Consultant at Development Dimensions International (DDI), where he led executive and leadership assessment projects for global companies across Mexico and Latin America. He also served as Director of Human Resources for Mexico and Latin America at KoSa, a major global producer of synthetic polyester fibers, and at Grupo Lajat, where he spearheaded operational improvement initiatives and contributed to strategic business planning. At Celanese Mexicana, he held various management positions in Human Resources at both the plant and corporate levels, with responsibilities spanning Compensation, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and HR Planning.
